Bianca leads Meta’s North America Agency business and is a lifelong believer in the value and the promise agencies bring to every aspect of the industry. Bianca joined Meta in July 2021 after long standing agency careers at industry bedrocks (Leo Burnett and DDB) and scrappy independent Multicultural agencies (Burrell and Carol H Williams), with experience leading clients of all shapes and sizes,
across nearly all industries.
