Remy Stiles is CEO of Kepler North America, where she has transformed the company from a startup into a global digital marketing and media powerhouse. Over more than a decade, she has scaled Kepler to 500+ employees across multiple countries and built a client roster that includes American Express, DoorDash, FILA, and Hasbro. Known for strategic vision and innovation, Remy launched Kepler Creative, an AI-powered offering that combines data and decisioning to deliver high-impact campaigns—positioning Kepler at the forefront of integrated brand and performance marketing. Named a 2023 AdExchanger Top Woman in Media & AdTech, she’s spoken at Cannes, Amazon UnBoxed, and other major events. A champion of DEI, Remy launched Kepler Academy, a pro bono training program that’s helped hundreds from underrepresented backgrounds break into marketing. She supports employee resource groups and fosters inclusion. Remy is a member of Chief and the Philly Committee of Chief Executives, and a mom of two.
