Stephanie Torres is a media strategist with 13+ years of experience leading paid media and performance marketing for global brands. As Director of Media and Partnerships at Red Lobster, she oversees strategy and planning across TV, streaming, digital, social, and search, as well as strategic brand partnerships, driving campaigns that blend creative impact with measurable ROI.

Her career spans senior leadership roles in Tech, Entertainment, and Travel, including at Microsoft, Peacock TV, and Universal Parks & Resorts, where she spearheaded high-profile campaigns such as the 2020 Olympics and the launch of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Stephanie earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. A Florida native, she lives in Orlando with her husband and their six-year-old son.
