Danielle Hughes is Vice President, Communications of two leading sports beverage brands,
BODYARMOR and Powerade, owned by The Coca-Cola Company. She is responsible for setting the overall communications strategy across both brands.
In this multi-faceted role, Danielle leads and oversees all aspects of the communications
function within marketing for BODYARMOR and POWERADE including public relations, paid
media and advertising, social media, influencer strategy, internal communications, executive
thought leadership, corporate social responsibility communications and reputation management.
Prior to this role, Danielle served as Group Manager at Ketchum Sports where she developed
the earned strategy for the agency’s largest accounts and was instrumental in the brand’s
partnerships at the Olympic Games, the Super Bowl, PGA TOUR, and the U.S. Open.
