Ayan Sanyal is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Kolkata Chai Co., a fast-growing food & beverage brand bringing authentic masala chai to the Western world. He started the company in 2018 after traveling through India’s expansive tea garden ecosystem in Darjeeling and Assam.

Previously, he was also co-founder of Green Room Creative, a digital marketing agency, where he led Business Development and Operations. Ayan is a proud graduate of Brandeis University.
