Cynthia J. Tong is a three-time Tony-nominated Asian American theater producer, named one of Variety's "41 Under 40: New Leaders Class of 2025." As Producer at Tom Kirdahy Productions, she's working on Broadway musical Just in Time starring Jonathan Groff and Caroline at MCC Theater featuring Chloë Grace Moretz.

Cynthia believes in meaningful community building within theater. She co-organized the first Celebrating AANHPI Theatremakers on Broadway Brunch (2025), co-founded The Industry Standard Group, and teaches at Montclair State University. She's been selected for the Shubert Organization Artistic Circle (2025) and is a Broadway League member.

She's worked on 25+ projects including Gypsy (2024; Tony nom); The Piano Lesson (2022; Tony nom.); New York, New York (2023; Tony nom.); and Hadestown tours. From Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. Education: Wesleyan University (B.A., Sociology).
