Kristen “Kiki” Rathbun has been at Spotco for 18 years. She started her career in the Accounts department then helped to build the partnerships department which she lead for 9 years focusing on how to elevate both Spotco and our clients in the community through promotional events, media added value and strategic partnership - all with the goal of raising awareness and excitement for Broadway. In her current role as Chief Communications Officer, her focus is on internal staff culture as well as external communication and industry visibility for Spotco. Additionally, she is a co-founder of the Broadway Women’s Alliance (BWA) and a co-chair of the Broadway League’s Partnerships and Sponsorships Committee.
