Parya Behrouzian is the Senior Director of Revenue Marketing at AdRoll, where she leverages her 10+ years of experience in adtech to drive strategic growth and innovation. Throughout her career, Parya has been a key leader in shaping AdRoll's success, spending much of her tenure leading strategy and operations, first with a focus on the AdRoll platform for B2C marketers and later pivoting to help build out the foundation for the AdRoll ABM platform.
As the head of revenue marketing, Parya has played a transformative role in creating a sustainable and consistent revenue engine for the organization. Under her leadership, the marketing contribution to revenue grew from 7% to 70% in just two years.
Parya’s expertise lies in blending data-driven strategy with operational excellence, ensuring that AdRoll remains at the forefront of the AdTech industry.
