Fox previously served as SVP of Consumer and Content Marketing at Comcast NBCUniversal, where she helped launch Peacock, elevating its sports presence and creating cross-platform campaigns that fueled subscriber growth. She also partnered closely with NBCU and NBC Sports on high-impact initiatives.

At ESPN, Fox guides marketing strategies, innovative campaigns, and partnerships with leagues.

Her career spans senior roles at Sky in London, the Environment Agency UK, and the NSW Government in Australia. She leads a talented ESPN team including Seth Ader, Rachel Epstein, Curtis Friends, Inna Kern, and Brian Iglesias, among others.
