Before joining Novo Nordisk, she served as Executive Director of Global Media at The Estée Lauder Companies, overseeing media and creator strategy with global brands and regional partners. Her initiatives included deploying new capabilities based on industry trends and establishing frameworks to support innovation and optimization in marketing efforts.
Earlier in her career, Tara honed her skills in consumer engagement and content strategy at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Condé Nast, and AOL.
