Reina G. Collett brings 25 years of leadership in fashion, beauty, and tech, with deep expertise in subscription models. As VP of Business & Corporate Development at Rent the Runway, she drives strategic partnerships and growth.

As founder of GoCo Growth, Reina advised startup CEOs on scaling. An early subscription box champion, she led FabFitFun's growth from 50,000 to 2 million subscribers in 3.5 years, propelling the brand to unicorn status. She transformed the e-commerce division from 0% to 30% of revenue, growing into a $200M+ business.

Reina has partnered with brands including Paris Hilton's 11:11 Media, Nestlé, Nespresso, Little Spoon, and Ghost.

She holds a B.A. from Boston University, a master's from FIDM, and an M.B.A. from Hult International Business School. She divides her time between New York and Los Angeles with her husband Paul, one-year-old Jahan, and Poppy the Bernedoodle.
