Agnes brings a deep expertise in brand-building across sectors, including CPG, Financial Services, and F&B. She is known for her client-centric approach, high-performance leadership, and passion for fostering a culture where creativity thrives.
Prior to joining Grey, Agnes served as President of BBH USA, where she spearheaded strategic and operational success, leading three consecutive pitch wins, driving revenue growth, and championing breakthrough creative work. Her career also includes pivotal roles at T&Pm, Droga5 , TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Anomaly, where she consistently pushed the boundaries of creative effectiveness. Notably, at Droga5, she redefined storytelling for major clients like Chase, while transforming the shape and trajectory of the agency.
