Rachels career began at the NBA, where she spent 21 years working alongside visionary leaders and iconic brands. She played a key role in building a global fanbase, closing marquee partnerships, contributing to the launch of the WNBA, and leveraging the power and universal language of sports to unite people around social and philanthropic causes. After the NBA, she joined Landit, an HR-Tech company that is now the market leader in personalized career development programs. Building on her passion for sports, technology and disrupting industries, Rachel joined the Drone Racing League to partner with the founder to build Gen Z’s favorite property. She scaled a global fanbase to 100M+, grew their social media audience to 15M+ followers, and brought in top tier commercial partnerships – captivating a new generation of young tech-savvy fans.
