Devika Bulchandani is a world-class marketer and the Chief Operating Officer of WPP, where she leads the commercialization of WPP's diverse services and solutions to drive intelligent growth for clients globally. Prior to joining WPP’s leadership team, Devika served as Global CEO of Ogilvy, where she empowered inclusive, high-performing teams across 125 offices in 90 countries to deliver exceptional results for some of the world's most recognized brands. During her tenure, Devika solidified Ogilvy’s position as a premier creative network, modernizing its capabilities and leading it to become the first agency to top WARC’s Creative 100 and Effective 100 rankings for three consecutive years (2023-2025).

Throughout her career, including a significant tenure at McCann, Devika has consistently demonstrated a powerful commitment to both societal impact and effective brand building. Some of her notable work includes Powerade's "Athletes Code," Ogilvy's collaboration with Dove on body confidence and the CROWN Act, the transformative "Morning After Island" initiative, the iconic "Fearless Girl" campaign, and Mastercard's "True Name" product.

Her achievements have been widely recognized by organizations within and outside the industry, with honors including: Honoree at The New York Women in Communication (NYWIC)’s 2022 Matrix Awards; a NY Power Women by Moves Magazine (2020); US Advertising Agency Head of the Year (2019) by Campaign Magazine; Working Mother of the Year (2017) by She Runs It; and an ADCOLOR Innovator.
