Matt Britton is the Founder & CEO of Suzy and one of America’s foremost voices on the intersection of culture, consumers, and technology.

Over the past two decades, he has advised more than half of the Fortune 500, helping brands anticipate generational shifts and translate them into business impact. Matt is the author of two best-selling books: YouthNation, a #1 Amazon business title that became the modern roadmap for engaging Millennials, and Generation AI (May 2025), which explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of consumer behavior and marketing.

Earlier in his career, Matt founded MRY, a pioneering digital and social media agency he scaled to 500 employees before its acquisition by Publicis Groupe.

In 2016, Matt joined CrowdTap as CEO, a company he incubated and spun-off from MRY in 2011. In 2017 Crowdtap was renamed as Suzy, a consumer intelligence platform by bringing the voice of real consumers directly to brands at scale and at the speed of culture.
