Gerry Bavaro is Chief Solutions Officer, Data & Technology at dentsu, a leading global advertising and marketing agency network. He leads teams responsible for go-to-market strategy, sales and client success for the network's technology platforms, identity, and data used by its agencies and direct clients. Gerry joined Merkle in 2015 and has held various positions post-acquisition of Merkle by dentsu in 2016, including co-founder of M1, a first-of-its kind people-based data platform for addressable media, Chief Strategy Officer, and Head of Identity & Data. Gerry started his career in 1998 leading digital strategy for clients at dot-com pioneer AGENCY.COM and has also led performance media and product leadership roles in Omnicom and Publicis.
