John Hoctor is the CEO and co-founder of Newton Research, a company that simplifies media , marketing and advertising analytics by providing a team of specially trained AI-powered agents. With a track record of starting innovative companies, with each leading to successful acquisitions, John has established himself as a pioneer in the intersection of data and media.
Prior to founding Newton Research, John served as head of TV at LiveRamp, following LiveRamp's acquisition of Data Plus Math, a company he co-founded and led as CEO. Earlier in his career, John co-founded and served as CEO of IntegralReach, the first data-driven linear platform for TV, which was acquired by Rovi in 2013. At Rovi, John served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Rovi Analytics, driving advancements in television analytics.

John holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
